Fixed time windows instead of sets × reps. The app counts your clusters (mini-sets with a short rest) and adjusts your next load to your performance.

Full access while the beta runs — we need your honest feedback in return. Once it goes live for real, you decide if you stay on.
Try the beta for freeClassic training dictates exactly how many reps you have to hit — no matter how you actually feel that day. Clusterproofed flips that around.
4 sets × 8 reps. Fixed in advance, whether you're strong or wiped out today. The number decides when you're done.
e.g. 15 minutes. As many clusters as possible. The time is fixed — your form on the day decides what you get out of it.
Three sessions in a row, using the default Force values: 15 minutes, clusters of 2, target 8 clusters.
Reach your target in two sessions in a row, and the app suggests more weight. Fall below 75% of the target in 2 of 3 sessions, and the app suggests a lighter load.
Example, not real training data. A triggered density limit does not count as a success; the lighter load is 5% below the current weight.
100 kilos × 5 isn't always the same thing. Pull it off today in 2 minutes instead of 20, and that says something about how you're actually performing. Clusterproofed picks up on differences like that, factors in your form on the day, and adjusts your next load automatically. You train inside a clear plan, driven by your actual performance — never against how you feel that day.
The time window runs by itself, and you count your clusters with a tap.
Every session is saved, with date, weight, and cluster count.
The history shows how your performance develops for each exercise.
The app derives your next load from your performance. You decide whether to take it.
You choose a program. The program guides you through the modes.
Not sure which program fits? Just start with Foundation7.

For anyone who just wants to know what's on today.
Eight weeks, a clear arc: more volume first, then higher intensity, then optional Peaking. Main lifts run as 15-minute density work in the mode of the current phase, accessories are trained classically — on 3 or 4 days a week.
Counted by sessions trained, not by calendar weeks.
Three modes, your exercises: Volume, Build, and Force rotate on a schedule from session to session.
The app sets the order at the start.
Entirely yours: pick your exercises and modes yourself — or let Smart Wave add variety on purpose.
Clusterproofed is built for the big lifts — squat, deadlift, bench press, and friends. Add accessory work whenever it fits your goal and your day.
14 short protocols like EMOM or AMRAP for a focused finish.
An add-on, not a program of its own.
Six carry variations for grip, core, and general toughness.

Heavy doubles. Short rests. Repeat as long as your performance holds up. Once technique or speed breaks down, the set's over.
Pure strength training — autoregulated, not prescribed.
Peaking can be used as its own phase — not a fifth program, but a short, focused block for the one big attempt.
Different intensity, cluster size, and time window.
A browser and an email address. No download and no payment details. An exercise library with standard exercises is included, and you enter your own weights.
Not necessarily. On first launch, a short walkthrough guides you: create an athlete, pick a program, enter your best lifts (optional). “How it works” and the Training Lab explain the terms.
Yes, the app runs in your phone's browser and has its own navigation for small screens. During the beta we are checking how well it holds up in training.
Your training data lives in your account at Supabase (server location Frankfurt, EU). Other users cannot see it. It stays as long as your account exists, and you can export it in the settings. All details are in the privacy policy.
During the beta, everything is free. Before it ends, we will tell you about the offer in advance, and you decide then.
Nope. With Foundation7 and Density8, the app tells you what's up. With Triad and Custom, you get to choose — but only if you want to.
Anytime. Your weight per exercise carries over — you don't start from zero just because you changed your mind.
