Your app for time-based training

How Clusterproofed works

No sets, no reps to tick off — just a time window and your performance. Here's the plain-language rundown of what's behind the app, so you don't have to guess.

The Clusterproofed cat

So what exactly is a cluster?

Instead of grinding through a whole set in one go, you break it into partial sets — so-called clusters — 2 reps, a short rest, 2 more, and so on. That's the clever part: you move more total weight without your technique falling apart from fatigue. Every rep stays fast and clean, which drives serious growth with less injury risk. You finish your sets fresher than you would with classic sets.

Your mode determines the time window, cluster size, and how many.

The programs

Eight programs. One principle: time beats paper. How heavy, how long, what's next — the app suggests, you decide. Click through and see what fits.

Foundation7A guided start

Seven foundational lifts, fixed days, fixed modes — nothing to decide, just show up and train. Over twelve weeks, the app takes you through three blocks from "still learning this" to "okay, I actually have something now," and at the end you get a new best and a suggestion for where to go next.

For anyone who just wants to be told what's on today.

Triad ProtocolThree patterns, your exercises

Lower body, push, pull — all three every day, but which exercise fills each slot is up to you. The app only works out mode and weight once you actually start. Choose 3, 4, 5, or 6 days a week.

For anyone who wants structure without a straitjacket.

Density8Eight weeks, a clear arc

Four weeks of volume, four weeks of strength, then optional peaking. The switch happens automatically, counted by actual sessions rather than the calendar — train less often and a block simply takes longer. Then: back to the start, stronger than last time.

For anyone who likes closing out a cycle and starting fresh.

CustomEntirely yours

Every exercise, every day, even the training approach itself (clusters or classic sets) — fully your call. No plan tells you what to do.

For anyone who knows exactly what they want and won't be told otherwise.

FinisherShort, brutal, at the end

14 preset protocols — from EMOM to AMRAP to specialty formats like "The Heavy Ladder." Tack it onto a main program or run it standalone, usually 5-15 minutes.

For anyone who wants to add something after the main event.

Loaded CarriesAn add-on for carrying things

Six carry variations — Farmer's Walk, Suitcase Carry, and more — progressed through distance and pace instead of weight. Tacked on as a finisher, 2-3 times a week.

For anyone who wants to hit core and grip as hard as everything else.

PeakingFor the one big attempt

Three waves, 3-2-1 reps, each heavier than the last. No time window, no counting clusters — here, only how much you can actually lift counts.

For the day you want a new best.

RTS DoublesYour body decides when you're done

Following Tuchscherer's RTS tradition: stack heavy doubles until technique or speed breaks down. No timer tells you when you're done — your body does.

For a bonus session whenever you're craving pure heaviness.

The four modes

Almost every program runs on the same four stimuli — learn them once, recognize them everywhere.

ModeClusterFor
Volume5sDensity training, moderate weight
Build3sMuscle growth, medium weight
Force2sStrength-focused, heavier weight
StrengthSinglesNear-max strength, few heavy reps

The small things that make the difference

No frills, just the things you can actually rely on.

PDF export
Print any program as a worksheet, for days without your phone in hand.
Priming
A rep or two heavy beforehand — tell the app how the day feels.
Dark mode
Light, dark, or automatic based on your device — easy on the eyes under gym lighting at night.
Backup
Back up all your data anytime — your training history belongs to you, not to chance.
Progress
Every session counts. Your weight climbs automatically, your best result per exercise stays visible — no sheet of paper that gets lost.

Still something unclear?

Most of it sorts itself out once you're in. But just in case:

Do I have to make a new decision for every session?

Nope. With Foundation7 and Density8, the app tells you what's up. With Triad and Custom, you get to choose — but only if you want to.

Can I switch between programs?

Anytime. Your weight per exercise carries over — you don't start from zero just because you changed your mind.

Ready to surprise yourself?

No credit card needed to get started — just you, a time window, and the question of how much you've really got.
